What a great season we have had.
With the last race having the Blundell Memorial Race 2 day event, it was one that either you were there for, our you should have been!! We had 4 classes of cars; Hobby cars, Bomber cars, Hornet cars, and a special testing of Sprit cars!
First off... To all the fans and volunteers who make each and every event happen... There's not much to say but ... Thank you so much!!!
This year was a great turn out from both race teams and Fans!
A big thank you to the teams that came up from the Merritt Speedway. (I guess some of us will be down to see you next weekend) Amy Parsons in the 99 is one to recon with!!! Look out for this up and coming driver!
Another big thanks to Cale Brooke and Paul Hopkins. Man... If you missed these Sprint cars going around the track go down to Skagit raceway to see them and how fast they can really run! If you cant do that turn on Speed TV, or Look up Sprint cars on your internet to see this type of car.
To end off the season, we will be hosting our end of season Banquet at 6:30pm on October 24th. Please note that this will be a Pot Luck dinner event so.... If you are planning on brining a food item, there is a Forum posting created to put down who you are and what you will be bringing to the Banquet so we don’t quadruple up on food items. Under the "discussion Fourm" at the top of the website, Just post a "new Thread" and fill out the fields. Put what your bringing in the Subject field and who you are in the main body of the message! PS!!! Ill be watching for those who misuse this!!!
